Who This Summit Is For

The AI Applied Summit is built for entrepreneurs who are tired of AI hype and haven’t been able to make it actually work in their business.

They don’t need to hear “AI is the future” or “check out this cool paid tool” again. They need clear, actionable steps to make AI a real part of how they run and grow their business.

Most entrepreneurs know they’re supposed to be using AI. They’ve heard it a hundred times. But knowing they should use it and actually knowing how to use it are two very different things.

This summit bridges that gap — giving entrepreneurs the practical, no-hype knowledge they need to make AI work in their business right now.

The Format

The AI Applied Summit is a recorded audio summit. No full-day blocks. No Zoom fatigue. Participants register once and get 31 days of content delivered to their inbox and accessible on-demand through the summit dashboard.

Each day, participants receive an email highlighting 1–3 talks with direct links to listen. The entire library stays available throughout the month so they can catch up, revisit, or binge at their own pace.

The event is gamified — participants earn rewards for engaging with more content. Among those rewards, and as VIP bonuses, are live sessions with speakers. These are your chance to connect directly with an engaged, motivated audience.

As a speaker, you record a single 15-minute audio talk (minimum 10 minutes). No slides required. No live commitment unless you choose to participate in a speaker session.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for speakers who will deliver real clarity on one of these problems:

  • How to get started with AI without the overwhelm
  • How to identify the right AI tools for your business
  • How to build AI-assisted workflows that actually save time
  • How to use AI for content, marketing, and outreach
  • How to turn AI-assisted efficiency into more revenue
  • How to use AI for client delivery and customer experience
  • How to avoid common AI mistakes that waste time and money

Your talk should teach one to three actionable insights that a participant can apply immediately. Talks that hold back value to push people into an offer will be rejected.

You may spend up to 30 seconds mentioning your free offer (and a VIP offer if desired). No direct sales pitches.

We provide value first — and in doing so, create a natural desire for deeper engagement.

What You Get as a Speaker

  • Exposure to a targeted audience of entrepreneurs actively trying to implement AI in their business
  • Live session opportunities — connect directly with participants through gamification rewards and VIP bonuses
  • A free offer mention in your talk to drive leads
  • Inclusion in a collaborative book if you generate 20+ opt-ins
  • A second email highlight if you generate 40+ opt-ins
  • A copy of your recording upon written request — yours to use however you like
  • A speaker network — you’ll be in the room with other experts, connectors, and entrepreneurs who take AI seriously

Acceptance and Requirements

If your application is submitted and complete before July 24, 2026, you can consider yourself accepted. You do not need to wait for confirmation.

Once you apply:

  • Block off speaker meetings and participant meetup dates as soon as they are announced — watch your email for invitations
  • You may begin recording your content immediately
  • Submit your final MP3 recording by July 28, 2026

Your recording must be high quality and deliver real value. If it doesn’t meet the standard, you will be asked to re-record before the deadline.

Promotional Requirements

Speakers who promote the event get featured. Speakers who don’t, don’t.

To be highlighted in email promotions to all participants, you need to generate at least 10 opt-ins from your own audience. The more you promote, the more you get:

  • 10+ opt-ins — your talk is featured in a daily email highlight
  • 20+ opt-ins — inclusion in the collaborative book compiled from summit content
  • 40+ opt-ins — a second email highlight during the summit

If you do not promote, your talk will remain in the summit and participants can still find it — it just won’t be actively pushed to the full list.

We will provide swipe copy and promotional materials to make sharing easy.

Speaker Meetings

To give speakers an opportunity to connect and to answer questions and connect with you, we host two speaker meetings leading up to the summit. These are optional events, but encouraged.
